Barocco Coffee Company is our local coffee roaster based in Mississauga, Ontario. Barocco focuses on exceptional quality coffee blends and Limited Edition single-origin offerings using traditional coffee roasting methods from Italy at the turn of the century.
Barocco strikes a balance between important past traditions and today’s latest technological advances, always through the lens of an artisanal approach.
Ethical + Sustainable
Rather than restricting themselves to focus only on cooperatives, fair trade or single origins, their sourcing is approached with an open mind; searching the globe to find the best available coffee beans while ensuring they always work with ethical and sustainable farms. Direct Trade relationships with farms in Brazil and Colombia are particularly impressive.
These farms follow strict environmental standards ensuring the beans are free of any artificial substances.
